📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform precision welding using FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) techniques on various metal structures and components.
• Inspect and maintain welding equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Follow strict safety protocols and quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and project specifications.
• Conduct regular equipment checks and maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Train and mentor junior welders to uphold high standards of quality and safety.
• Participate in safety drills and emergency response training.
• Document welding procedures and maintain accurate records of work performed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a FCAW Welder in industrial settings.
• Valid certification as a Certified FCAW Welder (AWS or equivalent).
• Proven experience with welding equipment such as Lincoln Electric, Miller, and ESAB.
• Strong understanding of welding codes and standards (AWS D1.1, ASME, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Procore or Primavera.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites across Bali.
