📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing operational activities.
  • Support the operations manager in monitoring and evaluating operational processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for operational meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operational activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team.
  • Assist in training and developing new staff in operational procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
