Express Moon Berjaya is seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team in Makassar. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to meet the high standards of our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Manage inventory and ensure that ingredients are available and properly stored.,Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Ensure that all food preparation and cooking processes are in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.,Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef in a similar role.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international cuisines is a plus.,Must be able to work hybrid (on-site and remote).,Must be willing to undergo a background check.
