📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, table service, and bar operations.,Manage and train restaurant staff, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development and cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
