📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design programs to address them effectively.,Oversee the delivery of training programs and ensure they meet the required standards.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into business strategies.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Provide leadership and mentorship to the learning and development team.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing training programs.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Experience in conducting needs assessments and training evaluations.,Certification in learning and development or related fields is a plus.
