Duta Rama Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the success of our coffee business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Identify new business opportunities and propose innovative solutions to meet client needs.,Monitor client accounts to ensure they are meeting or exceeding performance targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive sales growth.,Analyze market trends and competition to inform business strategy.,Prepare regular reports on client performance and business opportunities.,Attend and participate in industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales software.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proactive and results-driven with a strong work ethic.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) is required for this remote position.
