📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve high performance standards.,Ensure food quality and safety compliance with all relevant regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Monitor and control inventory to optimize costs and minimize waste.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety standards.,Plan and execute special events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
