📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain risk management frameworks and processes using advanced analytics techniques.,Analyze and interpret data to identify potential risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to senior management.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.,Collaborate with business units to integrate risk management practices into their operations and decision-making processes.,Conduct regular risk assessments and audits, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.,Create and maintain comprehensive risk management reports and dashboards for stakeholders.,Identify productivity bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.,Provide training and support to employees on risk management and productivity best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management, analytics, or a similar role in a financial institution or related industry.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.,Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).,Knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel III, IFRS).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with stakeholders at all levels.,Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems and business process improvement methodologies is a plus.
