📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their satisfaction.,Support the team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Assist in the management of inventory and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational plans.,Assist in training and mentoring junior team members to ensure high performance.,Support the front office and housekeeping departments in resolving guest issues.,Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Basic knowledge of English is a plus.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid ID and work permit for Bontang, Kalimantan Timur.,Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
