📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts receivable and payable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and credit management.
• Monitor and reconcile financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve billing issues and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing, including bank reconciliations.
• Handle credit control activities, including credit checks, collection of overdue payments, and credit limit management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
