EMBER Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Sales Assistant & Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cashier operations, and providing excellent customer service. If you are passionate about retail and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions by processing payments and providing change accurately.,Manage cashier operations, including handling cash deposits and withdrawals.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.,Assist in merchandising activities such as stocking shelves and organizing displays.,Keep accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Assist in inventory management by counting stock and reporting discrepancies.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Good organizational and multitasking skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
