Depot Fitri Coffee is looking for a dedicated Assistant Site Engineer to join our team. As an Assistant Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of our coffee plantation. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the coffee plantation to ensure optimal growth and yield.,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Implement and maintain best practices for crop management and pest control.,Coordinate with the team to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Report on the status of the plantation to the Site Engineer and management.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and processes to improve plantation efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Plantation Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the coffee plantation industry.,Strong understanding of coffee plantation management and best practices.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools for plantation management.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards for coffee plantations.,Willingness to travel and work in remote locations as needed.
