📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.,Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT equipment and software.,Assist in the implementation of new IT solutions and upgrades.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
