📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
• Manage job postings and advertising on various platforms.
• Screen and evaluate job applicants to identify the most qualified candidates.
• Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.
• Provide feedback to candidates and update job applications.
• Collaborate with the hiring manager to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
