• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high service quality
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency
• Train and mentor field teams on quality control best practices
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality control
• Ensure all processes and procedures are in line with company policies and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Logistics, Quality Control, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control or related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Familiarity with logistics and transportation industry standards and regulations
