Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading and supervising the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food preparation.
• Developing and implementing new recipes and menu items.
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
• Managing inventory and purchasing food supplies.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Training and developing junior staff.
• Managing kitchen operations to meet production targets.
• Ensuring the restaurant's reputation for excellence is maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
• Proven track record of leading a successful kitchen team.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine is a plus.
