We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Canggu. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise branch staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor branch finances and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and suppliers.,Organize and participate in branch events and promotions to drive customer engagement.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Ensure the branch meets all health and safety regulations.,Represent the company at local community events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Experience in managing a team and driving sales growth.,Understanding of local market trends and customer preferences.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
