📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the salon, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Ensure that all services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of stylists and support staff to achieve operational excellence.,Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in salon operations or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing a team and achieving operational excellence.,Strong knowledge of salon software and tools for scheduling, inventory, and sales management.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
