📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide level 1 and 2 IT support to employees across the organization
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
• Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives
• Document IT procedures and maintain accurate records of system configurations
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure
• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support operations
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Proficiency in using ITIL framework and best practices
• Experience with network protocols and security measures
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
