📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the procurement process, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock.
• Research and identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
• Analyze market trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide support to the purchasing manager in various tasks.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement is a plus.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good team player and able to work independently.
