Overseeing daily operations and ensuring the achievement of departmental goals.,Managing and mentoring a team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Collaborating with other departments to align efforts and achieve organizational objectives.,Providing leadership and guidance to team members, addressing performance issues, and promoting professional growth.,Managing budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization and financial stability.,Representing the department in meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in a similar role within a telecommunications or related industry is a plus.
