Code Crystal Indonesia is looking for a dedicated QC Staff to join our team in Baturaja. We are a growing company with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. As a QC Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.,Document and report quality issues and defects.,Work with the production team to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Perform statistical process control (SPC) to monitor and improve production processes.,Conduct incoming inspections of raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met across the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or related roles.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems is a plus.
