Max Seed Ekspansindo is seeking a talented and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outlets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned outlets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Train and develop sales staff to meet company targets and standards.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve company goals.,Participate in inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail or sales industry.,Proven track record of managing and growing sales in a retail environment.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies and techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
