The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Mempawah.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training needs are met.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during and after training.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
