📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure high-quality food and beverages are served according to standards.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor and control inventory and supplies.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of managing a successful restaurant.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain.,Experience with marketing and customer relations.
