In this role, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and tax, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and prepare and file all necessary tax returns.,Provide strategic financial advice to management and board members.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure their accuracy and compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.,Manage and mentor a team of accountants and tax specialists.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and advise on tax planning strategies.,Conduct internal audits and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management, investors, and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.,Professional certification in accounting and tax, such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience working in a multinational or international environment is a plus.
