Finastra is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Engineer to join our Customer Support team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their systems, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our products. This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from various locations in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 2 and level 3 technical support to clients, resolving complex issues related to RPGLE and CL programming.,Analyze and troubleshoot system problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.,Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.,Collaborate with development teams to identify and address technical issues, contributing to product improvements.,Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact clients.,Train and mentor junior technical support staff, ensuring the knowledge transfer and team development.,Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support when required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support, with a strong background in RPGLE and CL programming.,In-depth knowledge of IBM i (AS/400) systems and related technologies.,Experience with Finastra products and solutions is a plus.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
