• Oversee the daily operations of the SOZO Skin Clinic, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor a team of dermatologists, estheticians, and support staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and to enhance the clinic's brand visibility.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, including health and safety standards.
• Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the beauty and wellness industry, and incorporate them into the clinic's services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Health Sciences, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the beauty or healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a clinic or similar establishment.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using management software, such as QuickBooks or SAP, and familiar with CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Certification in beauty therapy or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
