📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze urban development strategies and infrastructure planning for Ibu Kota Nusantara, ensuring alignment with national and international standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed urban development projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive urban development plans using GIS and urban planning software such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and QGIS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable growth initiatives and infrastructure projects.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of urban development projects, providing regular reports and recommendations.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and public consultations to gather feedback and ensure community engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in urban development and infrastructure planning.
• Contribute to the creation of data-driven solutions that address the unique challenges and opportunities of Ibu Kota Nusantara.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in urban development, infrastructure planning, or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in GIS, urban planning software (AutoCAD, ArcGIS, QGIS), and data analytics tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Indonesian urban development policies and regulations.
• Professional certification in urban planning, GIS, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
