Field Staff Officer

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the health and well-being of livestock through regular health checks, vaccinations, and disease prevention measures.
• Implement and oversee feeding schedules and nutrition programs to optimize livestock productivity.
• Conduct daily inspections and record-keeping using our in-house software, Livestock Management System (LMS).
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to address any health issues and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in farm maintenance activities, including infrastructure upkeep and equipment operation.
• Provide training and support to junior staff on best practices in livestock management.
• Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of feed and other supplies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in livestock management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of veterinary medicine and animal husbandry principles.
• Familiarity with using Livestock Management System (LMS) or similar software.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and management.
• Valid certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and under pressure.
• Proven track record of maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
