As the Operations & Sales Manager, you will be the backbone of our branch, overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue. You will work closely with our team of instructors, receptionists, and support staff to ensure that every aspect of the club runs smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling classes, managing inventory, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including membership sales, retail sales, and event planning.
• Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 staff members, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with the corporate office to implement and monitor branch-specific initiatives and programs.
• Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure a positive and profitable business environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Represent the club at industry events, workshops, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and credibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of the fitness and wellness industry, with a passion for Pilates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
