📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Drive sales performance through effective merchandising and promotional activities.
• Manage inventory levels using SAP or similar retail management systems.
• Train and develop a team of retail associates to enhance their performance and skills.
• Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with the Store Head to implement store improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail supervision or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.
• Familiarity with retail management software such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or RetailPro.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in retail management or related fields is a plus.
